Kindly note: We do not accept bookings from young people under 25 or families with young children as we do not believe either apartment would meet their needs. IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PORT ROYALE: The district is quite hilly (giving great views) - as there are steps and no lift around Port Royale it would unfortunately not be suitable for the disabled or people with walking difficulties. Thank you
Above prices are per week for 2 people. Extra people £30pppw. Part weeks are charged pro rata. Discount for bookings of over 3 weeks. After confirming availability with us, the dates will be held for you for 5 days to give you time to make flight arrangements. Your holding deposit of £50 (or euro equivalent) per week must be received by us within that 5 day period, otherwise we cannot confirm the booking and the dates will be re-advertised. The full outstanding balance is due 6 weeks before departure date.
All key information, maps etc will be sent to you after full payment has been received The apartments are normally available from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on departure day.
Each apartment is cleaned and prepared for your arrival and all towels and linen are supplied. For stays of over one week there is a second linen and towel change included in the price but please note beach /pool towels are not provided and we ask that you bring your own.
Although we prefer a Friday changeover day, please ask as we do try to be as flexible as possible.
You may well find cheaper accommodation but we are confident we are offering comfortable, clean and well maintained studios that are of a higher standard than the normal holiday company booking.
